GameStop to Stock Fewer Hardcore Games in Favor of Nintendo

GamePro is reporting that GameStop plans to stock fewer "hardcore games" (that's you PS3 and Xbox 360) in favor of "a broader consumer audience", namely Nintendo DS and Wii titles. "Management indicated that the company is making progress in broadening its consumer base as video games move into the mainstream, and there is broad consumer demand for Nintendo platforms," said analyst Colin Sebastian.
